What is this business? This direction can be attributed to a country holiday with a healing effect. As a matter of fact, rest and improving effect in one "bottle" is supposed.
The direction is gaining momentum in Ukraine in connection with the popularization of a healthy lifestyle, out-of-town recreation and treatment with bees. At this stage of development in Ukraine there are no modern hotel complexes that provide bee treatment services on a full scale.
The purpose of the article is to show you the general prospects and economic attractiveness of the investment project, as well as the technical and economic indicators of the business of creating a modern hotel complex "Apitherapy".
To begin with, let's decide what a modern Apitherapy room might look like. In addition to standard beds, under which there are bee hives that create the effect of treatment, the room must necessarily have the amenities necessary for a modern person, such as a small kitchen, toilet and bathroom. Rooms should be designed for long-term residence, one, two people or a full-fledged family.
The specialists of our company "ECO-MedOK" have developed design projects for small rooms in different architectural styles: loft, wild west, constructivism, national style.
The preliminary plan of the complex "Apitherapy" on a plot of 10 acres. In this area we have:
- 7 living rooms of houses;
- a recreation area with an ecological pond;
- a coffee shop selling bee products and other natural products;
- utility room, which is necessary for maintenance.
This plan is conditional, and was created solely for a general understanding of the picture.
The site of the hotel complex "Apitherapy" should be located in close proximity to a large or medium-sized settlement, since your future consumers (clients) are primarily urban residents.
