PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Terms of payment:

1. Cash payment.

1.1. It is carried out when the order is delivered by courier. At the moment, this service is only available in Kiev.

1.2. It is carried out when the order is delivered to the office of the New Mail company. Payment occurs after inspection of the goods at the office of the New Mail company. The service is available only for Ukraine.

2. Cashless payments.

2.1. Payment directly on the website of our online store by transfer using Visa / Master Card.

2.2. Payment at a PrivatBank branch by replenishing the card through a payment terminal. After successful replenishment through the PrivatBank terminal, send a copy of the receipt to the store manager.

2.3. Payment to the account of our online store, contact the store manager to receive an invoice.


Terms of delivery:

1. Delivery to the regions of Ukraine by the New mail company.

Delivery is carried out to the addresses of the branches of New mail. If you do not know the address of a specific representative office, the store manager will help you choose the branch that is most convenient for you. You can also indicate a specific post office in the comments to the order or inform the store manager when specifying the order. Payment for delivery is carried out upon receipt of the order at the rates of New mail.

2. Free delivery to the regions of Ukraine by the company New mail

All orders over UAH 3000. delivered free of charge to the New Post office.

3. Free delivery in Kiev by courier for orders over UAH 3000

4. Pickup

You can pick up the order free of charge yourself from the pickup point at the address: st. Khmelnitsky, 13, Boryspil district, Kiev region.

5. International shipping

Return conditions:

Our team very carefully monitors the quality of the products we sell. But, if you find a product of inadequate quality, you can call / write to us and get a replacement product or return the money. The team of our online store will definitely help you solve any situation.

Return conditions:

- no more than 14 calendar days from the date of purchase of the goods;

- to return, you need to provide the product purchased in the online store.

- The original document confirming the receipt and payment by the buyer of the goods through the online store (invoice, sales receipt, receipts, etc.).
